In September the elderberry bushes in every corner of the garden are laden with juicy black-blue fruits. When the harvest is abundant, we make cordial from them: the heady mix with brandy and a dash of vinegar embodies the essence of a late indian summer’s day.

Ingredients:
4 cl elderberry syrup
2 cl apricot brandy
2 cl apple cider vinegar
2 cl sugar syrup
Pour all ingredients into the glass up to the crushed ice
stir everything with a spoon
put the ice in the glass
now fill up with Prosecco…
